Well I will ans my own question.

On driver door I took off door panel...... NO DON"T DO THAT

Driver side 1 hour to replace..... Pass door 10 min..

Open doors all way
At front inside edge of door is a small nut remove..
The stud will be stuck, so tap with wood handle of hammer..
The out side chrome strip WILL come off.. but the clips are stuck and will have to be coaxed off.
Remove old wipe, click in new wipe, put chrome strip back in clips..

If you just can't get chrome strip off (and you can) pry up .. pull up, tear up old wipe and push new wipe into clips.

The clips are double clips one side holds chrome to door and other the wipe to door.
