There is endless debate here on whether all-aluminum or all-copper is the way to go. It is my understand that either one would be fine. The key is to avoid an evap made of 2 different metals as this type suffers from accelerated corrosion. I believe OEM is made of both copper and aluminum.

As for the vac pods, I would do them while you're in there. Do it once and do it right, and hopefully you'll never have to pull the dash again.
