There seems to be some variations on the hardware used. Typically it is an allen cap screw, but sometimes a mechanic will decide to use a hex head, or even the factory had a few variations from year to year or model to model. Main point is to try to get under the car, preferably on a hoist so you can stand up, and use a really long extension, I always ended up needing a flexible U joint on the end of that also to get the angle just right. Best tip is to try to get a long 1/2" drive extension and zap it with an impact wrench to zip it out of there. It's tough.
