I've had cars that get poor mileage and, after adjusting the ALDA, replacing injectors, checking/replacing the air filter, checking for leaks etc., etc. could not increase the mileage. At least not a substantial increase.

I've been told that some get good mileage and others don't but have never had an explanation as to why.
