Hello Everyone

I have been reading up on the glow plug system and I have a set of problems that I haven't beeen able to find through researching the forum.

My Glow Plug light stays on after start up. The light never goes out which means the glow plugs are receiving power throughout the ride to my destination. This increases the temp of my engine especially on hot days in the summer and I don't like seeing my temp sky rocket. It worries me.
I don't understand what is going on.

What I have been doing is once i start up my car I pop the hood and disconnect the smaller connector in my glow plug relay system. and reconnect it once I get to where I am going. It is beginning to just be annoying and I don't know what is going on.
