I would agree that the average American is not going to dumpster dive, but it's not a fad if the average American does not do it. It's a niche. Get it straight boys.

And you diesel lovers have way too much faith in the stuff. I love the assumption that the Dino that comes out of a dino pump is all good, and all the same. Some of it is crap, and all of it is extremely nasty stuff with regard to seals, pistons, etc. Aromatics and all the other metals in Dino are not good for your car. Sulfur has high lubricity, but it clogs everything else up (including your lungs). And there is a wide variation in the quality of the fuel. The portion and quality of the barrel cracked for diesel changes all the time.

And did you really think this was pro-WVO forum? When I first started here not long ago compared to most, I was told not even to mention WVO. It has changed alot in 2 years, but the true pirates still roam.
