Reason for my post is simply over analitis.

I got the infrared laser thermometer and the dipstick tool. Went through the
routine. Question is just how sensitive is this?

Depending on where I shot the laser on the pan I got different temps. Anywhere from 87C to 82C. I have the fluid level just shy of the max line for 80C. Should I have the SDS fluid level routine performed?
