thanks for all the replies. I got my tranny shifting better by making very small adjustments on the throttel cable. But it still doesn't just "bump" gears, there is a small flair between 2nd and 3rd, and sometimes 1st and 2nd. Its just a hardly noticable "clunk" between 3rd and 4th now. i may take it to a benz place today and ask them to adjust it. thanks for all your help
