There are many different minor variations of our vac systems. Best bet is do a search here, and look at several of the examples. Then compare it to your components and route accordingly. It isn't too difficult once you sit down to do it. The difficulty comes when you realize the dash needs to come out to get to the vac pods.
Sounds like you have all the issues: vac leak, ccu issues, AC problems......
At least cooler weather is on the way.....
