Figuring I might need it soon (GPs acting up) I went looking for a shop manual for the e300td. I looked around the deisel forum for info. Looked online and found a few places selling WIS DVDs for somewhere between $100 and $150. I sent Phil a note about getting a WIS DVD/CD and he sent me to MBUSA. I was at the dealer shortly there after and the parts guy said they don't sell them and only a few indenpendant places have them because the WIS is over $4 grand or so. (I have yet to call the number Phil gave me) The lack of a shop manual for the owner seems very odd.

After ingesting all of this, I now am wary of the one or two places that claim to see MB WIS for my car.

Anyone know the straight scoop and the best (meaning less $) place to get one if you can? Surely there is a shop manual available...
