I believe the part that you're lookin' for is called the
window channel .... at least that's what I've always called 'em. I've replaced many on 108s, 116s and 123s. I've not yet been able to find an aftermarket source ... dealer still has 'em for 123s ... they come from Germany for about 45 bucks each ... left and right are the same if you can find a wreck, try the passenger side first
