Ok I have replaced both filters but if has run since then.
The 12 volt pump was installed to prim when the primer was bad
that has now been replaced. If you loosen the nut that the line go to on top of 2nd filter and turn the 12 volt pump on you do get fuel there.
It did start the other day after almost killing the battery.
