Quick check revealed that one of the fog light units is bad...should have suspected something when I saw the touch-up paint on the housing of the bad unit. Maybe it was a repaired unit.

Anyway, I don't want to have to tear everything out and then ship it back, but I will call the company and see if they can just send me one of the lights.
