I am seeing the same thing in the local waterfront real estate market, people are seeing $$$$$$$ and getting greedy.
But one thing always holds true, the market will either correct and come back down. Or it will accept the new price reality and hold.
As a currant MB diesel owner I love seeing them go for big bucks.
Certainly though except for a few exceptions it is still very much a buyers market in regard to any old MB. At least in my local area it is, and this holds very true with gas MB's. Which I think are currantly the best bargin out there at the moment.
