I have SLS on the 16v - a light car. It came on the rears only.
Also have it on the SL, all corners.
I like the ride on both. I have replaced spheres and shocks. I would never butcher one of these cars with regular shocks. The replacement are somewhat pricey, but in the grand scheme of costs asociated with owning one of these cars, the cost of maintaining SLS is peanuts.
