I replaced my Am/FM/Ph antenna on my 94 e320 Wagon with a Hirschmann AUTA 2040. It comes with a package of adapters to match the fender shape. Bought in on eBay for $38 from "watselect." His web site didn't list the antenna being compatable with the wagon due to fender shape. However, I modified one of the included adapters to fit.

It has slightly better reception than the original.
