I second Greasy-- This is not an insurance claim-- This is a 'go to Pull-a-Part and get a matching fender' type claim.
Find the part at Pull-a-Part, Car-part.com or the like and forward that infomation to the person that hit the car-- These cars ought to not be repaired by insurance anymore, they just aren't worth the increased premiums things like that result in.
That said; it is an ugly dent, but that color is common and the car has less-than-perfect paint already-- a used matching fender and new tire ought to be less than the deductible, even.
Good luck!
