Rust is the big issue on the PC, front subframe on the lower portion, rusted through. check the jack points, look for NEW UNDERCOATING that is a big red flare for me. carefully inspect the front swaybar, where it passes through the false firewall, lots of rust there, very hard to repair. the dash is all electronic, so if the tach and odo/speedo are non sequitor, it can be tricky to repair.
listen for noises as you drive over bumps. suspention components are due to fail. windows, seats, door locks, etc etc...
