Just checked my 1980 w116 300sd with a magnet.
Both Hood and trunk lid are non-magnetic also their frames are non-magnetic. The bumpers are also non-magnetic.

The rest of the car is quite magnetic.

My 300sd seems to have a zero turning radius. I just sit in one place and it spins.
