Dude, snap out of it! You think an entire engine swap into a different type car is easier and cheaper than fixing one problem?
Since you have tried and failed, take it to an indy and let them fix it. It is sure to be quick and painless. They know what they are doing, you have simply missed something or replaced a bad part with a bad part.
Get a Kleenex, dry your eyes, and take the car somewhere........
