I don't know about this vendor but have you checked with your public library? Our library has placed AllData on it menu of available databases. I have gone to the library and opened up AllData and it has quite a bit of useful service data. It is perfectly legal to copy any page of the AllData repair information including the wiring digrams. The library charges 10 cents a page to copy. I have copies of all the wiring diagrams.

I have just purchased a USB thumbdrive and I plan to save pages of interest from AllData to this drive. Then I will save from that drive to my computer.
