System pressure is measured at the TOP of the fuel distributor..at the fitting that goes to the cold start injector.

The control pressure is measured at the lower section of the fuel distributor..removal of a 12mm plug & installing a fiting is required to check that lower chamber pressure...that pressure is controlled by the EHA

EHA= electro-hydraulic actuator.
