Thanks for the quick response. I was able to remove the allen wrench bolts below the reservior and the hex bolt on top. I was not able to see, feel, or get to the bolt in the center that need a 3' extension to get to. I gave up on that center bolt. I am leaving the base and resealing the old steering pump. I will work on the car again this weekend, so any advice on removing that center bolt is still welcome.
