i had to edit my post to reflect a gruff service guy...
i couldn't afford the car if i had to take it in to them... i occasssionally get a small part from them... like a washer or lug or something...
i can't afford dealer parts, either...
in my neck of the woods they are the only mercedes dealership within 100 miles... so i don't feel badly for them...
the parts guys are always nice.
