It means that as long as you have internet access, Comcast, Verizon, etc etc, you can log into AOL for free. Whoopeeeee You don't save a dime to get connected to them you still have to pay for internet. I had AOL for 5 years. I NEVER had so much problem with a provider as I did with them. AND then try to cancel it. Takes an act of congress. Finally quit paying them (after sending request for 3 months trying to cancel) and they shut it off. Collection agency called, I said if I pay this bill are you going to turn it back on?? They said of course we will. I said GOOD YOU AIN'T GETTING PAID.
