what does this mean "the radio fuse was bad?" in my head, I'm thinking it either
is intact and functional (good) or it is open (bad). so if the fuse is open, that
would seem to defy the laws of physics by allowing current to flow through an
open (bad) fuse. can you better describe the specific conditions vs interpreting
them in general terms? tnx
