Steering....check your idler arm and damper bushing ends, are they worn, if so they are a easy repair. Did wonders for me.

Turn signals...check your hazard switch see if it is not in the middle position. Try your flashers with the hazard switch in both positions. If they work but hazard doesn't likely the relay box behind the instrument cluster (black).

Have your subframe bushings checked as well.
