Not only was he right, he should be applauded. The nauseating little **** on the phone should be publicly flogged till he learns some goddamm manners while he's at it. My GF's a teacher in 8th grade and simply confiscates them the moment they appear. If the idiot wants it back they have to get mommy and daddy to come down to the office and get it back from the principal.
