Brutality is just what this country needs to deal with petty crime and rid our society of these danderous people.

Not long ago the Texas Dept of Public Safety was going into bars and arresting people before they had a chance to drive anywhere. What was even more absurd was they were arresting them in hotel bars where they had a room and did not intend to drive ANYWHERE.
After the public outcry, I'm not sure they still are performing such feats of keeping us all safe.
