I brought in a 400E a long time ago and they rejected it at the border. My friend bought an SLK and that too got rejected! I had to bring in my 400E as a 'parts only' and just use the parts.

I'm not sure if it can be a class action lawsuit, there's not too many Canadians let alone those that want to import a benz to save $
