Tracked down the last leaking o-ring on the TE the other day and started to charge it, and the compressor will not come on.

I blew in one can as liquid with the engine off, as usual, and have about 70 psi pressure before attempting to engage the compressor. Shorting the low pressure switch doesn't cause engagement.

What should I check next? I can jumper the compressor clutch, but it still isn't gonna work properly, I really want to get the climate control working!
