Those type of shops usually just "set the toe and let it go".
Find a good shop that knows alignment for Mercedes or take it back and show them this adjustment.

I will insist on before and after measurements of camber, caster and toe, and not allow anyone to perform the work that is not aware of the complete adjustability of the Mercedes suspension.
