Euro everything. They ordered it from Mannheim branch 225 (dealer) with Italian spec (c 01.01.1967 # 31.08.1969) including catalyst, reinforced euro-style bumpers, reinforced doors, and US-legal headlights that actually work. It's 904 blue over 278 gray leather. My wife even likes her.
