For a factory, Euro, 300GD, I found 130km/h for a manual 4 or 5 speed, 127 km/h for an automatic, either long or short wheelbase, both the same. The smaller displacements are a bit slower. Let me know if you have a particular engine size you need to know, and which transmission.
