Wiper arms and turn signals from another 123 should work. You are better off getting a new muffler, unless you know the used one is in good shape. Exhaust systems tend to rust from the inside-out because of the moisture left over from the running of the engine and the condensation from the used air. Do not know about the radiator, but I do believe they are model specific.
