That's one possible source of a canned industrial solution, but certainly not the only way to get what you want. It depends a lot on the nature of your requirements - size of what you want to degas, and what sort of visual and mechanical access you might need, for example. It also has a lot to do with your budget and how willing/able you are to hunt, scrounge, improvise, and fabricate.

I am using it to degass silicone rubber... I would like to be able to fit a gallon can inside, and IF possible have a clear window or lid.
