I'd say M*A*S*H reruns, but there's no guilt there.

As for non-TV guilty pleasures: Tommy Roe's song "Sweet Pea" and almost any Van Halen song (which I was reminded of the other night when "Summer Nights" came on the radio during a long drive home -- love that riff). Anything by Esquivel.
