nobody is suggesting that you are being untruthful. but that is about 15% higher than most of us has ever gotten so we look for an error in the mix. if i got that good of mileage, i would be checking tire diameter and odo accuracy against the mile markers, etc.

and if that all checks out then the answer is you must have a pump that is adjusted optimally and a sweet running motor.
