Its nice to see all those new parts in there. On those lower control arm bolts, would they fit in from the opposite direction, and would that make a difference? When I replaced the sub-frame on my '82, I didn't bother with a torque wrench, just tightened them until they felt "right", and they've been fine. I imagine you will be taking it to a shop for a front-end alignment soon, maybe if you just do the same the shop will take care of the adjustments and torque everything properly all at the same time. Or, maybe not...
