I called programa, the reman company. They claim it WILL work and not all pins are energized in some applications. This is what they sent.
SO.. i still think its wrong.. but they say the'll make it right.
Think i'll hold off till i get a reply from the place i bought it from.

Do not go by the amount of pins, many times some pins are not active (not connected). If the unit is labeled as 22705 proceed to connect it. If it does not work, then contact us so we can get you a replacement. Please let us know who was the distributor ?"
