i had an old beemer,then got an flt about 5 yrs ago,i'm now back on a beemer. 2000 rt-p.i liked the harley and it never left me stranded,but i just could not ride it over about 75 miles at a time with my bad back.on the other hand i've put on over 300 miles in a day on my beemer and felt like i could do another 300.just can't beat that german engineering.
