I can tell you that there are no female or male leads coming out of the new motor just the blade part where I suppose the red wire and blue wire from the regulator connect to the motor that is why I was asking if it mater which goes to what, what would happen if they are backwards would it damage the motor or change the air flow/volume?
Right now I have the new regulator in place connected to the new motor but it seems that the air flow to the cabin is not what it should be and I wondering if I have the blower motor spinning the wrong way or that I put the fan cages in the wrong direction, but I was careful to mark the fan cages and the direction that they were when I took the bad/old motor out. Which way should the flow of air be, towards the cabin or away from the cabin, I am a bit confuse about this problem.

Thanks

PS. I do have the old regulator and heat dissipating plate if anyone is interested
