These guys have pretty much covered it ... I'd go to a pick and pull and see if you can find a matching door. I would avoid the insurance companies ... if your friend is anything of a friend, she'll offer to pay for it out of pocket, at least what she can. If I ever smashed a friend's car, I'd MAKE them let me pay for it!
