In my 91 300SE, there's a hollow between the ignition switch and the bezel. I can fully insert the key all the way around. In my 81 300SD, there's a rubber 'curtain' filling this gap. Can folks with a later W126 describe the space between the ignition switch and the inner circumference of the bezel?
