David Poole was right upon closer inspection of the motor there is a male and female connection to which I connected the corresponding wires coming from the regulator and now everything seems to be working OK with the right volume of air going into the car cabin I had the wires backwards so the motor was spinning the wrong way, the fan cages I had it the right way.
