Hello all,

I've searched the forum, but I could not find how much and which direction the lower nut on the valve has to turn to get the proper clearance. I have a 1981 300TDT. The two valves I've tried to adjust (an intake and an exhaust)won't let the feeler guage through no matter how much I turn. BTW I'm using the correct feeler guages, the valve cap(nut) is not turning and the lobe is not touching the rocker arm. I'm stumped and do not want to do any damage to the valve train.
