The maintenance booklet that came with my vehicle is considerably thinner than 1 inch.

It has pages to verify that work was done and has a description of the tasks to be performed in the back of the booklet.

If this is what you are referring to, it does not have a part number on it that I could see. It only says to see your dealer if you need another one.
