I have bought on ebay Germany before, many times, sending either cash or using paypal, never had a problem. The German sellers ship quick, pack carefully, seem to always speak ENGLISH, and are fun to deal with

Looks nice to me, I don't know German but they might be sterling silver, like the ones you sometimes see at the MB dealers.
