I have bought many things from ebay Germany over the years, never got burned, this seller has 99.9% good feedback, I have never bought from him so can't vouch for him, but in general the German sellers are honest, ship quickly, work with you on arranging payment, pack very carefully, and always speak at least some English, enough any to finish the deal.
