I assume that you are describing the light in the heating/A-C controller?

There are 2 different versions..USA & optional version is automatic climate control & has digital LCD display. To replace that bulb the unit must be removed.

ON the standard unit there are rotary knobs that bulbs behind them. The knobs pull off.

IF you meant the instrument cluster temp display then THAT must be removed to reach the bulbs.
